As you can see, a place where our children are meant to have fun can be dangerous, and even deadly. Always take precautions when your children are in a playground, especially one with a concrete or blacktop surface.
After an injury occurs, there are some things you can do to help. first make sure your child is cared for. Treatment of their injuries is the most important step you can take. Take pictures, if you are able, of the scene where your child was injured. Sometimes scenes change and documenting the evidence is extremely helpful. Use the camera in your phone if you are able to do so. Finally, try to obtain the names and phone numbers of any witnesses to your child's injury.
